February:
Chris & I went to Mexico City with Jennifer & Fraser Bullock at the end of February. Jennifer stayed with the Adam's family who has children and Sharilyn stayed with a sweet older couple, the Macris's.
The girls got along great while we were gone. Adam's had Jennifer make a cute journal where she drew a picture of what she did each day we were gone and also they went to eat in a Mexican restaurant.
We walked our feet off looking at little shops and got the girls a little string puppet. Very few people spoke English so we were really grateful to have Fraser with us! We enjoyed Mariachi bands and Mexican folk dancers. We saw the Catholic church in Guadalupe where people come from all over, walking on their knees (where the smooth marble begins) hoping for a miracle.
In Taotihuacan we got a great guide named Jesus. He told us we could tell people that we went to the sun and the moon with Jesus because we visited the Sun pyramid and Moon pyramid. We enjoyed the ruins there and we also saw ruins in Chichen Itza.
August
Wisconsin and Nauvoo with Klingler's
In Nauvoo we got to see the City of Joseph pageant and all enjoyed it very much.
We stayed in a motel overnight night and I smiled as I saw Jennifer and Sharilyn get up and make the motel bed!

Even though this was our second time here, it's still head shaking fabulous! Mom wants to bring Bestima and Bestifa.

We all had so much fun. Reality turns to memory too fast sometimes. Dad's fancy car horn went honking down the street as they drove away from our home and the girls were so tearful.
